The conscious part of the mind only accounts for 12% of the total mind while the subconscious accounts for 88%. This explains why the majority of human behavior is actually “subconscious behavior”.

What can I expect at my first Hypnotherapy session?

During the first appointment your hypnotherapist will conduct a full intake to identify your desired goals and a strategy to your long term success. Like building a house, we begin at the foundation.
